Refund and Return Policy

At JB Tow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Return requests must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

Contact Us:
Email us at sales@jbtow.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization:
We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Ship the Item Back:
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
Include the RA number inside the package.

Inspection & Approval:
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll process your return.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless due to an error on our part.
A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns not due to our error.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.
We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
